ComX Shop reserves the right to change prices without notice.
All prices stated in this Site are stated in Australian Dollars. All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars. We do not take any reasonability for bank charges, conversion charges or transaction charges associated with the transaction placed on this Site. ComX Shop reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time without giving reason. We will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received. From time to time there may be an item incorrectly priced due to technical error. The correct price for items on our website are stated and are in Australian Dollars. ComX Shop reserves the right to withdraw an item from sale which has been incorrectly priced. Be aware that any item priced at $0.00 will be checked prior to order processing for confirmation of the correct price.
Shipping
We usually ship orders within 5 business days of receiving payment. We take great care packaging each order to ensure it reaches you in the best possible condition. We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage once it has been received by Australia Post. We recommend you register your purchase to avoid disappointment.
Returns and Refunds.
We will only accept returns/refunds only if the items are badly damaged (beyond reading). ComX Shop will not accept returns due to damage caused by production fault, (i.e. improper binding, printing errors, etc).
ComX Shop does not accept returns for items with minor imperfection such as small dents, creasing or shelf wear. Unfortunately sending paper products through the post can result in minor wear.
Images
It is the responsibility of the customer to read the full description of the items purchased and to ask any questions prior to completing checkout. ComX Shop will do their best to provide up-to-date and accurate images, however covers can and do often change. ComX Shop will do their best to provide the best images available, however it is up to the customer to contact ComX Shop if there is a specific image they want. Some cover images may vary from the image on the original issue including but not limited to; variants, 2nd (multiple) printings, single issues, trade paperbacks. ComX Shop will not accept returns for errors made in this area.
Harassment, Rude or Abusive Behaviour
Rude abusive behaviour in-store, online via email or messages, will not be tolerated. We expect our team members to be treated with respect and courtesy. If you are behaving in a rude or abusive manner you will be asked to shop elsewhere and your online orders cancelled, your account suspended. Please be respectful.
