A humor comic …It has a have a theme! It’s an all ‘cartoonist’ issue. Between 2014 to 2017 I drew a 1 page comic strip called ‘cartoonist’. I have lovingly hand-picked a ‘best of’ and thrown in a 3-pager made near the end of its run.

I was brainstorming ideas for a four-panel strip, which would be ‘internet only’I didn’t have a theme, the strip was going to be about anything that took my fancy at the said given time. The first completed idea for a strip was a cartoonist sitting at a drawing board and announcing what was a play on a popular 90’s headline for a maturing comics market. “ZAP! BANG! POW! Comics are still for kids!” and then proceeds to cry in the last panel.
This then turned into a second strip and quickly I had completed five strips.
So ‘Cartoonist’ then began as a continuing strip!
It would erratically appear on my social media platforms between 2014 to 2017.
’Cartoonist’ received a bronze Ledger Award in 2016. I think it was in self-publishing (?) It’s probably the most popular comic series I’ve produced.
So here essentially is the ‘best of ’…..
